Nuselské dvorky 2025 near Svatoslavova 16 and 18

April 10, 2025

Prague’s Nusle district will once again come alive with culture, community, and a neighborly atmosphere. On Saturday, May 17, 2025, the popular Nuselské dvorky festival returns, transforming ordinary courtyards and inner blocks into unique spaces for theater, contemporary circus, art installations, and community gatherings. The event connects local life with professional culture – just a few steps from our two residences at Svatoslavova 16 and 18, where apartments are still available for rent.

This year’s program will include, for example, a site-specific performance walk by Lenka Švolíková – “Stepní běžci” (Desert Runners), a poetic journey through normally inaccessible parts of Nusle. Children and parents can look forward to a new fairy tale by Divadlo Buřt or the movement-art project “Pneu” by Viktor Černický, created as part of a CIRQUEON residency. An open stage will also welcome young creators from other cities, further confirming the festival’s growing significance on the Czech cultural map.

The residences at Svatoslavova 16 and 18 offer peaceful, modern living in a neighborhood full of character. The apartments are ideal for individuals, couples, or small families, and are located in immediate proximity to the festival venues. This means you can immerse yourself in the spirit of Nuselské dvorky literally from your doorstep – or simply open your window and be part of it.

Beyond its cultural appeal, the location also boasts excellent access to Prague’s city center (by tram or metro – Vyšehrad station) and full civic amenities. And right now, as Nusle once again shows how vibrant, open, and inspiring it is, you have the chance to settle here – apartments in both residences are still available for rent.
